Excellent!
Worked perfectly! I just used 2 20 lb dumbbells as it was the first time using it…. And first time using that weight (40lbs). Did not disappoint. Definitely will be able to increase my weight for hip thrust. Held the weight, stayed in place. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Not for BIG weights
My 25lb weights are only being held by 2-3” of velcro, I’m sure that isn’t safe. Though the velcro is STRONG, I wish it was longer. The connecting velcro needs to be 6”-12” longer
