Be warned that the pull out end is plastic and doesn’t quite match the stainless portion of the faucet. I bought for my laundry room so it’s ok for this, but if it was for my kitchen I would return it.

Really classy looking for our kitchen and fairly easy to install. I had to watch some YouTube videos first to get the hang of it since the paper instructions are pathetic. Almost every faucet comes with lousy instructions. A couple of things to note are that you will need someone else to help—there’s just no way around it. Also, the rubber washer and bracket go in on the inside of the sink. The instructions did not make this clear. Other than this, water stream is great and the spray is great. I would have given this five stars if the instructions were much better.

This is a very nice looking faucet at a very affordable price. It really looks much better than others in this price point. Some reviewers had complaints about the sprayer not being an exact color match to the faucet, but it is plastic while the faucet is metal, and it's a very good match if you ask me. The hose pulls out and retracts easily with the weight attached. It works much better than the faucet I traded out, and my water flow is incredible now! You can adjust the flow by how far out you move the lever, and while the hot and cold supply hoses aren't labeled, I got lucky and hooked them up right the first time. Otherwise, no big deal you just switch them. It was easy to install, everything you need is there. I like having the extra height on the faucet, but couldn't go too tall because I have a shelf above the sink, so this was perfect for me. Its about 13 inches tall and rotates completely. Sleek, easy set up, very functional and affordable. And, excellent water flow! If you like the looks, don't hesitate to buy! *Note that if you need a cover plate, it is not included.

Great bang for the buck. Bought it for my home on wheels. I live the van life. Well built. Looks great. Easy to install and functions perfectly. Everything about it feels like it should cost more. I have been a remodeling contractor forever and this unit seems just as good as many of the high end faucets my company has installed. The comments about splashing goes for every faucet out there. Control of the high and low pressure is easily controlled by the easy gliding handle. Better than so many other faucets that cost way more. Yes the pull out head is plastic but that is fairly common and unless you plan on tenderizing meat with the thing it should last a long long time. I am very pleased as I was sure I would end up sending it back and be forced to spend much more for another faucet. One of the best purchases I have made and that is coming from someone that has dumped a sh#t ton of $ on Amazon Prime.

The faucet is not very expensive.The finish on the pull out sprayer/faucet part does not match the rest of the faucet. It's noticeably darker at the head than at the shaft and base.It has two modes: stream and spray. The stream and spray have rather small focal area, but after washing a few plates you will have a lot of water on the counter.In the stream mode the stream is quite small. Like a childs pinky finger. The spray stream is also relatively small, but there is a fine overspray when in spray mode with about a 30" diameter. So it's kind of a mess.All in all I wouldn't buy it again, but I didn't need perfect, I just needed one that works and doesn't leak all over the counter like my 15 year old previous faucet.

I purchased this product for my own use.The first unit I bought had a leak at the swival head which was quickly replaced with another unit. However, after using the second unit for a week we could not adjust the water flow for water not to splash everywhere. Water flow was too narrow and very high. Unfortunately we had to return the product for those reasons.Pros: Stainless steel all around, looks very contemporary, high profile, water runs to the center of the sinkCons: Water pressure is too high, water splashes everywhere, pull down weight too bulky hitting the pipes underneath, control lever movement is very where's making it hard to adjust water pressure. hot and cold lever movement is back to front.

I really like the nice clean lines of this faucet's design it's easy to use and easy to clean. The pull out spray is very handy and since I have never needed the main faucet at the same time I use the spray nozzle, I see the combo as a definite plus. I like the height of the tall faucet at the sink so I can fill tall pots and pitchers. Instructions stressed importance of running water before using the insert that controls water flow. Followed instructions but still have to run for 30 seconds to get clear normal smelling water. Will replace as it ruins food if you forget!

Pros- easy to install- cheaper but functional design- not too heavy- just enough weights (black ball) for the rectractable hoseCons- useless manual- hose not as sturdy as homedepot type- a bit of play on the actual faucet, not sure if thats how it should be- hose too shorttips..- reviews here at amazon complains about the magnet is too weak to hold the nozzle. note the hose weight (black ball) is the key to pull the nozel back into place, the magnet is just secondary. Make sure to install the weight(black ball) just 1inch before touching the ground so you have enough weight to "pull" the nozle back in to place.- reivews complain about the splash. This happens when you put your hands, dishes or whatever you are washing near the nozle and bec of the height this will create a wide spray area. When washing, make sure you put the dishes in the sink (as usual when you have smaller facet).- Install white triangle spacer with the widest part facing the wall.. this will provide sturdy base support from the sink to the faucet.-- Blue plastic tool... I dont know what the purpose..maybe its a tool to reomove cartridge?

This Faucet works fine, connecting it to the hot and cold water pipes is easy, and fixing it to the sink is also quite simple. even without any plumbing experience alot of people should be fine to install this without much hassle just by following the directions.the But. - the magnet on the faucet that holds the head piece in the faucet i think is too weak to really hold it. I've tried adjusting the weight to help but the head piece just always sits out a little without some manual manipulation every time the hose is used. for someone with OCD this may break you.for me, regardless of the minor unsightly crooked angle the head sits at, the faucet works so I don't mind. if you like your faucet looking picture perfect every time you use it and put it away, probably look for a different one. as even with extra attention on the weight unit under the sink, the head piece just never sits in line.

This unit arrived defective. After proper installation, no hot water was passing through the faucet. As a test, I reversed the lines so that hot water would come out the cold. Sure enough, hot water came out the cold setting, and no cold water passed through the faucet. Irreparable as the faucet comes preassembled as a single unit. A huge waste of everyone's time and resources. Returned for refund.The manufacturer needs to make a serious commitment to quality control. NOBODY wants a defective faucet.

Likes:- Design- Easy to install compared to the pain it was to remove the old one- The temperature handle is really well designed and easier to use than all faucet I've used in the past, you will not struggle to remember which way is for cold or hot waterDislikes:- Came with a minor cosmetic defect but it's barely noticable- The water pipes are 2 inches too short, this is stupid, I had to buy long extensions that are taking extra space under the sink

My old faucet got jammed up with hard water in the rotating area, so it wouldn't stay tight in the hole. This one tightens to the hole in the same way, so hopefully, the rotating part of the neck does jam up in the same way. Other than that it works well and wasn't hard to install if you have installed a faucet before. The English in the instructions was badly translated to English but understood. There was a spare part that I had leftover and a couple of plastic tools that were not explained.
