Worked great at opening my above ground pool this season

I love this stuff! I have used it for a couple years now. It’s super easy! As soon as I get the pool up and running I add it in and let the pool cycle overnight. The next day I do a opening dose of shock. If your pool was green after this it should be cloudy. You can add the algacide the next day if you feel it’s needed but usually just running the filter and keeping your chlorine level up will clear it right up!

Helped clear up the pool

I bought this a couple years ago at my local pool store, per their recommendation. It was very expensive but worked really good. Last year they ran out. I was bummed. I looked on the rain forest app and I’ll be, here it is for half the price of the pool store. I won’t open my pool till I have this to put in it. I’m new to the owning a pool world and this makes things very easy when opening the pool. It makes the water sparkle like diamonds no matter how green the water was. It’s a must have.

If your pool is not covered all Winter ,this is very helpful start. Mine is covered, but still needs help when starting. When I was a kid, a inground pool costs $6,000. That's what just my electric pool cover costs today -
