Excellent. Huge snails.

Okay rinse 3 times let sit in cold water. Now melt 1 stick butter in 10 inch skillet when melted add 2 chopped garlic 1/2 shallot chopped when its bubbling well. Turn off heat. Slice 4 button mushrooms then dry escargot with paper towels. Turn on high stove add escargot and mushrooms stir well. When it is bubbling Turn off heat and leave pan on burner. Stir. Turn on heat when it's bubbling turn off let sit. My opinion take and bake baguettes for whole foods or your neighborhood grocery are great with this. Time the bread to be done after you turn off heat the last time. Slice bread put mushrooms and escargot in dish and serve.

I received my products today. It came overnight. I ordered two cans of the escargot and they both had dents in the same spot. Please see the pictures.
