Some units might be built incorrectly.
I ordered three of these units because I was moving abroad for awhile. Two of them work as expected, but the third has some sort of defect that makes it so I can't plug the power cord into the transformer unit (the prongs don't fit). Sadly, I don't think I can refund it since I've moved now and it took me so long to notice the problem.Also, the units have a fan to keep it cool, but the fan is quite loud so I'm thinking of buying a different transformer.

Great value and product
SUPER nice, compact and has all the connectors needed for travelling or at home. What the pics dont show is the nice little hard case that comes with it. Ive suggested this product to our tour group.

USB ports were not compatible with standard charging cables
Tried to use this during a trip to Ireland. The USB ports were incorrectly sized and ended up breaking off the charging cable metal parts. Poor design, not recommended
