After already purchasing this brand in the past and being knocked out with the quality and price I went for a much lower model as I needed an MP3 player for my backing tracks and for the price this phone does the job and also acts as a backup if I lost my phone too. The build quality is amazing its not going to break so easily if you were to drop it on the ground and the bluetooth 5.0 works much more reliably during use which is what I need when playing guitar along with the files on it. Touch screen is first class and very responsive, battery lasts for days, I hardly need to charge it, screen is bright and clear. This is a good buy for the kids too for the ruggedness.

The fault with the contact less payment has been finally rectified by a Google update. The phone now works as advertised. The manufacturer informed me that the issue was with GOOGLE, not with themselves. Just a shame it took several weeks to correct.This is the second X13 I have purchased. The first worked great until a month ago when the finger print reader failed and shortly after the phone would not work for Google Pay. The phone was returned and refunded and a replacement purchased. Unfortunately the new X13 has the same problem with Google Pay. When you try to up load a payment card the system states that the phone is not compatible and may be running rooted or uncertified software.I am awaiting a rectification from the manufacturer.

Having been playing with it all day - can honestly say; I am impressed.The speed of the phone is good, not the quickest at all... however, for a daily phone that isn't going to need repairing the moment it gets somewhere near moisture or a few mishaps with dropping...This is the phone for you.Granted, the covers over both the SIM tray and the USB charger port are fiddly to get free (a tool is provided for this). This is a minor gripe...Brought as a replacement for an ailing contract phone (too early to walk away without a large penalty) which had buttons just stop working...This fits that demand well.I had already got a super basic "not as smart as it could be" phone as an emergency backup... however, battery life and a delicacy to the build quality meant that as a daily, it wasn't the best choice.This one in that regard, most assuredly is.So, if you want a highly useable phone that isn't going to fall apart at the first sign of interest from a gravitational field...This is a good choice.As an additional note - considering it isn't a "big name brand" phone, its features and accessories are well considered.Nice to have a SIM tray tool in the box.As is a USB cable, an additional screen protector, a wrist strap/tie for camping and a PSU for charging duties.

I purchased this phone for my partner. He is notorious for breaking phones. I purchased this phone for him for Xmas and so far so good. Not a single chip, scratch etc etc. It really has proved to be a fantastic buy. I highly recommend for those with a heavier hand. Great picture quality better than my iPhone 11 similar to that of a Samsung in pic quality and apps. It’s bulky which is expected due to its multiple layers of protection. He is a builder and the ‘level’ app and various other tools helpful for those in the trade. Great buy

Phone worked fine for a few weeks, but then contactless payments stopped as Android warned that phone was no longer Play Pritect certified. This is despite me not making changes.The exact same problem occurred at the the exact same time on another Ulefone model I bought for a relative. No support from manufacturer, and I'm left with a phone with a major security flaw.

I bought this phone to tide me over while my main phone is in for repair. It was a very bad decision.Bad:1) it crashes constantly when trying to open my banking apps2) it's so slow and underpowered that I can type entire words before they appear on screen3) the screen is so dim it's unreadable in Scottish sunlight4) the microphone is muffled on calls5) most apps take ages to open, reminds me of an old Windows 95 PCGood:1) the underpowered CPU and dim screen mean the battery life is insane. I'm talking 3 days easily in my scenario, could easily drag out to a week with careful use2) the screen although dim is actually pretty reasonable from a resolution and colour accuracy point of view3) the IR night vision camera is cool and even once my phone comes back from repair I think I will keep this phone, attempt to remove as much software as possible, and use it as a power bank & IR camera4) it really is rugged.For the price I paid (£145) I feel a better option would have been a 3 year old flagship or mid range phone from a mainstream manufacturer and then sticking a decent case on it.
