Usually they say you get what you pay for and although it's mostly correct it isnt the case here! They worked great and for the price point you can't beat it!

This did a decent job and I already have some other planned uses for it. I'd used them before at work (not these but a much more expensive set) and knew the advantage of ferrules over loose wires. I crimped some ferrules on some 8AWG wire for a trolling motor plug I was installing and it made a nice crimp. For me it was a 2-handed thing to close them fully on these big ferrules. But that was not an issue. I coudl get them pretty tight with one hand but at 62 my strength is not what it once was. So 2 hands to finish. The only thing I wish was that they would go up to 4AWG because I had some in that gauge I was not able to do with these. For the money I felt it is a bargain. These were the first ones I've used that do a square instead of hex crimp but for the purpose I got them for the square was the way to go.

Happy I didnt just buy the first one I found on here. The price of this is similar if not cheaper and it also has a case/housing for you tool and fittings. Used for some speaker wires and it turned out great.

**UPDATE**Be sure to note when ordering: If you change the options on "sizes", it changes the model you receive. I needed the 6A6 (Hexoganal) model but in changing option selections, I inadvertently ordered the 104A (rectangular) version.I've been contemplating purchasing a termination tool like this for some time, now.In my opinion, it's a really good way to step up your wiring game and make installations clean and neat.Initially impressions as of unboxing is that its a very comprehensive collection of terminations and the tool itself feels sound and operates smoothly.The case it comes with has a removable tray for the tool with the terminations stored underneath.Some small parts of the plastic around the tool were broken on arrival, but this has no effect on the function of the case or the tool so hopefully it's just a fluke.I will update once I get a chance to put it to work.

Using all the time when work with stranded wires. Comes with variety of connectors which don't get mixed up when stored away properly!

I recently installed a AudioControl D-6.1200 amp in my car, and for the first time, I decided to crimp ferrules to the cables. As I didn't have any of the connectors, or the crimper, I decided to purchase a kit. As I have no experience with "nicer" sets, I can only say that this kit did exactly what I needed it to do. The ferrules were all crimped securely, without fuss, and fit perfectly into the screw terminals they needed to go to. I didn't have any issues with ferrules being too loose, and I was easily able to trim the longer ones (after they were crimped), since the kit didn't have the exact length ferrules I needed in a couple instances.I would not hesitate to recommend this kit going forward.

Review is for the Someline 6A6 Tool Kit I like the quality of the crimp this 6 crimp provides. I am an electrical engineer working on high reliability scientific apparatus and i am now using it on many of my projects.It includes a very good selection of ferrules-- i particularly have enjoyed the dual input ones, which are so much better than trying to fit two wires into a screw terminal -- two wires are impossible for a clamp terminal.

Well this set is nice but all the terminals are very small in size don't think it will work on what I intended to do with this set for vehicle repairs or any other applications like a welder for a mig welder.guess I won't be buying from this dealer either.ashame was hoping to be repairing things very disappointed ☹️
