Works just fine. No issues.

Worked as intended
Bought this product to charge a scan tool at 5 volts and 3 amps with the outside of the plug negative and the center pin positive. Works so far and was less expensive than one off the tool truck and got to my door faster than the one off the truck.

Did not work from opening the box
The product did not work on th lap top computer and is here in my house not working on the divise it was ordered for not happy
