I am reviewing AI AIKENUO Double Sided Tape Heavy Duty 2inch X 82 feet. - The tape comes with an easy to remove backing. It is easy to cut and once the backing is peeled off, the tape has criss-crossed fibers running through the sticky material. It can be stretched and shaped a bit without tearing. This tape has many uses, but I would not call it heavy duty. Perhaps in the strength of the fibers, yes, but based upon the amount of sticky substance, it is a bit thin. I am using it to hold patio lightweight items on a painted concrete well. So far the tape is holding. I will update the review if that changes.

The mesh in this tape makes it very strong. The glue on the tape is also very strong I tested by putting two pieces of wood together. With a two inch square piece piece of tape. One piece of wood was natural the other was varnished and had dried for years. Pulling them apart by pulling up was possible,but not easy. Pushing, in other words trying to slide the apart was not possible by hand. This after only one day after the tape was applied. One of my favorite uses for this type of tape is to make custom sanding jigs. Cut a thin piece of wood to the size you need, great for hard to reach places, use the tape to attach the sandpaper to the wood. Oversized piece of tape and paper is best, the you can attach paper to the edge of the wood and now you can get into a corner. Or just trim to size. Then you can attach a custom handle to fit your needs.

Overall, this double sided tape works well. I used it for both putting up decorations on the wall and adding a label to a 3D printer build plate. In both cases it held items securely. I left the decorations up for a couple weeks to make sure the adhesive was effective for more than short term use.
