Very disappointed in the product.
I purchased this wig for my mother.. The wig looked nothing like the pictures that were online. The actual wig quality is poor at best. The tracks were exposed, the hair looked of poor quality and there appeared to not be enough hair to be full. Upon receiving the wig, and opening the package; I immediately begin the return process. To add insult to injury after, shipping slip states that there is a 20% restocking fee,as well as; a $5.95 charge for the shipping label. So eventhough I have returned the wig and am awaiting a refund; my full purchase price isn't being refunded. I went with this particular wig, because the quality in color, style and hair was nice with a previous purchase of the same or similar wig with another company. I will admit despite it all, my mom and I shared a good laugh.

I really love this wig, I think it has a little to much silver in it. But I still wear it.
