With the almost parody-like “Sports” branding, and the plain off-white latex palm side, these gloves certainly look primitive and cheap. The white stitching is too bold and a bit imperfect. If they’re for a kid who’s bothered by that kind of thing (or whose team-mates are bothered by that kind of thing), they won’t go down well.As functional football gloves, they are OK, but there are good points and bad points- and perhaps more bad than good. Good points include the good wrist strap grips which allow for a comfortable but firm fit, and also they’ll be quite warm for Winter matches.Despite the jointed fingers, they are very stiff, especially on first wear but even after a bit of wearing, and detailed finger dexterity is quite tricky in them- at first they feel more like lacrosse goalie gloves than football gloves. The latex grip feels like it should work well, a bit like wearing sticky insect trap pads, but in practice the grip is alright rather than strong.One unwelcome thing about these gloves was the clingfilm-like wrap that was protecting the latex panels when they arrived. I understand they need protection, but the film was stuck firmly on and was quite a pain to neatly remove, as it was underneath all the stitching. Removing it fully and neatly took quite a long time. They are not ready-to-go straight out of the packet.The current asking price of these gloves on this site is thirteen quid, and that’s a little steep for what they are, and especially how they look. There are better options.

They fit as expected and the foam helps you really grab hold of the ball without is slipping.

Torwarthandschuhe von Kindern, die jeden Tag bolzen, halten nicht wirklich lange. Egal ob man Handschuhe kauft, die über 40 Euro kosten. Die hier sind einigermaßen günstig, haben einen Fingerschutz (was ich gerade bei Kids sehr wichtig finde) und der Handschuh hat eine wirklich sehr gute "Klebeeigenschaft".Vielleicht ist das auch der Grund, wieso der Handschuh mit einer Schutzfolie ausgeliefert wird. Nach dem Auspacken fragt man sich aber erstmal, muss das so, kommt das weg?Denn leider wurde die Folie auch komplett mit vernäht. Reisst man es weg, bleibt ein kleiner Rest, der sich statisch sehr stark aufgeladenen Folie, natürlich hängen. Das ist mehr als nur unschön, denn die Naht ist so schlecht gemacht, dass man teilweise den Faden rauszieht. Man müsste jetzt mit Pinzette ganz vorsichtig die Handschuhe bearbeiten, aber da ist man sehr lange mit beschäftigt.Das ist für mich auch der Grund wieso ich hier nur 3 Sterne vergeben kann. Der Style der Handschuhe ist nämlich für den Preis richtig gut.Mir ist aber auch klar, dass man für 14 Euro keine Wunder erwarten kann, aber Folie mit eingenäht und kaum ablösbar geht gar nicht.

Die Torwarthandschuhe kamen gut verpackt an.Auf dem ersten Blick sehen sie schick aus. Leider beim genauen Hinschauen erkennt man überall Unschönheiten an der Verarbeitung und Material.Schade, hier besteht verbesserungsbedarf.
