I bought this mostly for my work boots since I wear them every day. I sprayed them back in August and am now barely spraying them again in December. I’ve had dry boots this entire time! And for reference, I live in Washington where it rains constantly. I did have an issue with the first bottle where it wouldnt spray and I had to contact customer service. They sent me a new one straight away and a return label for the broken one. Glad they resolved it quickly! Hopefully this bottle stays working. All in all, I love this spray and will continue to use their products.

I followed the directions exactly as they were printed on the bottle, and the product did not do what it said it was going to do. I tried it on three different pairs of shoes, all being different materials, and it failed to create a barrier on any of them. When tested the water absorbed into the shoe on contact. It also caused the fabric on a pair of suede new balances to become crusty and hard, leaving dried up white spots that look terrible. I contacted the company and they asked for photos and a detailed explanation, of which I gave to them and they provided a refund. I would not buy this product again as it did not work the way they said it would and it ruined a pair of new sneakers.

The sprayer didn’t work so I struggled to get the product on my shoes at first, thankfully I had another sprayer that could fit the bottle so I was able to use that.

Have used once on a pair of new sneakers shortly after I purchased this product in September on my girlfriend’s white sneakers. She wears them everyday for work and they look decent but not perfect by any means. I will admit that they’re holding up well enough. Just purchased another pair of new sneakers for myself and the cap is defective/ won’t spray out so I never even got the opportunity to test it out myself. It’s almost like its clogged up and the cap can’t get it to spray no matter how hard I press down. I tried popping off the cap and press down on the hose but nothing comes out. (For sure still full can) I think it just clogged up which tells me it has an expiration date so not for long term use. It’s been 4-5 months since purchased.
