I love how soft and thin it is and the fact that I can use it in my car. The hot setting is not unbearably hot. The only thing I don't like is the auto shut-off but that is standard nowadays.

Barely gets warm, impossible to tell if on or off, and resets when it feels like it. Do not waste your money.

We recently traveled and need a heating pad the took up very little room in our luggage. This was a perfect fit. We were able to run it off the outlet in the hotel at night just fine. It also did great during the day running of a USB power bank. definitely gets hot enough to provide the pain relief we were looking for. I Highly recommend.

I loved this heat pad when I got it. But the instructions for use are written so small I could not read them. It quit working a few months in, don’t know if it was because I took it from car to home to car every day and used it every day. Maybe I got a defective one. Not worth the hassle of returning it.

Product statement says it would heat to 140f. Didn't. Don't waste your time on the purchase.
