These headphones are pretty bad. #1. First of you can't use Bluetooth or volume controls on the headset if you're charging it. If it's charging you have to use the headphone jack. #2. Battery life isn't great. #3 after two days of use there's a constant crackle or static that sounds like a "waterlogged ear" or "wind blowing into a microphone" in the left headset. It's random and comes and goes when noise cancelling is on. It's so bad you have to turn ANC off which makes these pointless. #4, they're rickety. If you move around all you hear is the plastic creaking in the headset and the band on top. Simply smiling makes them creak loudlyThe ANC is on par with low end ANC headsets. Not bad but not great.. But again the issues with the left headset makes it useless. Bass drops out using ANC. It's stronger with it off but you do get echo from ambient sounds with it off. I'll be returning these.

it is so weird using noise cancelling headphones. its like reverse noise, but it does tone out creating the sense of cancelling. you'll still be able to hear voices, but definitely not as loud. tied in with listening to music, you can tune out the environment quite easily.

love the headset. to me their are better than the Beats. love how clear the music come through the headset. I have tried many headset by far these are the best so fae i give it a TEN.

I love these headphones. I get irritated with sounds such as: phones on trains, obnoxious conversations, nail filing/clipping, snoring. In fact, we just went on an overnight trip and my Husbands snoring kept me up for hours... with only the ANC button on, I was able to tone it out and get some rest. My husband makes sure that if we go anywhere over night that I have these with me! He even borrows them sometimes.

Had an issue with a pair of these headphones and customer service was great. They Replaced the faulty unit under warranty.Headphones have great sound and the ANC works very well!! Very happy with the product and the company. Would recommend

Works very well. Especially for headaches. The noise cancellation is awesome!

In my case, the Bluetooth connection works OK with the iphone but it does not work with the Google phone and the Chromebook. I've tried different troubleshooting approaches. No luck. Vendor did not respond either.

Wife loves them so much! She won't let me use them.
