I've had a bad posture for years, so I'm hoping this will help straighten it out in time. The measurements and size guidelines are good, worth checking your waist with a measuring tape first before you buy - same with any other item!The fabric is quite soft and cushioned in areas you need it to be, and the Velcro is pretty strong too, as is the back support. The instructions were a little confusing, but after playing around with it for 5 minutes its easy to find out how it's meant to go around your body. It does make your shoulders feel a bit uncomfortable at first, but that's only because your back will be used to being in a slouched position.I don't think I have anything bad to say about this product. I'd recomend it to anyone who works behind a computer/ laptop alot and anyone in general, looking to straighten their posture!

didn't 'pull my shoulders down' as I expected.Edit:I received this product by the same company as compensation for the one that didn't work for me. This back support is more firm and stable to keep my back upright and it reminds me to constantly keep my back straight. It's quite bulky however it's doing it's job.Company has got top customer service, highly recommended!!!

Was doubtful at first so wanted to use the product a few weeks. I have suffered from very bad back pain from scoliosis and disk problems as well as fibromyalgia/lupus so I have been trying various things help relieve some of these pains.I found after wearing the brace I did see a noticeable difference in a very short time. The first week was a bit uncomfortable as my back had to get used to being manipulated into the correct position and also if you wear it incorrectly the spines do dig In you.The instructions although came with diagrams I found hard to understand and it would take my upto 4-10 minutes to get the brace in the correct position at first. However after continuous use i am now able to put the brace on and off InUnder 30 seconds.I find wearing it before I am going to be in the same position for a long time or something I struggle with like walking around the large shops for over an hour+ would usually result in tiredness and back pain and me needing to re-align my self however there was no need to do this if I had been wearing the brace.My posture has definitely improved and I’m hopeful it will continue to improve from future use.Obviously I need to add I am on medication so the brace isn’t the only factor in helping me however I am really glad I am now using it and wish i had been years ago!

- Item arrived on time even thought I had to order it twice as 1st order went missing in transit- Colour is ok with my skin tone so it won't matter if peeps out under t-shirts- After wearing for a couple of days I notice the difference. I don't get back/should ache when doing the dishes or hanging up ironing.- Fits ok under bust and shoulder part doesn't irritate round arms.My only problem with this is that they should have sent instructions on how to wear it. I put it on with label on the inside which made the shoulder straps not close properly. After contacting aHeal they gave me the instructions of how to wear it (Label goes on the outside).

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the instructions to put the support belt on are very difficult to read due to the tiny typeface and the diagrams are not very clear.We have managed to put it on though the front fastening belt is way too long. My husband is very slim, so we don't know if this is the reason, or if he has it on wrong. But it seems to be working well, so maybe an extra piece of velcro will solve the problem.So far (been using it for a week) he finds it comfortable and very good. It's well made, with good padding at the shoulders and maintains a really good, natural posture.

I have found the product very useful in correcting my posture especially whilst sitting at the computer. It took me a while to get it to fit comfortably but am pleased with it.

Does what it is intended to do and is very well made. Has helped my posture. Rubs slightly on my armpits after wearing for a couple of hours but it has made me more aware of how I stand when I am not wearing it which is a good thing. I am happy with it.

This is a well made back support it will never make my back 100%but is a really good help and I would highly recommend it 😎
