I have been taking rhodiola for quite a long time now, so I have a bit of a tolerance. For me this didn't really have much of an effect, but it worked well for my daughter & her friend who had never tried it before. They said it elevated their mood & gave them a bit of energy. The taste isn't terrible & dissipates quickly with a glass of water, didn't bother either of the girls. either.

I take 15 drops every morning, not only does it taste good, it makes me feel pretty good too. I found it to be effective in helping me sleep because of the calming effects. I was able to think more clearly during the day due to the calmness I experienced. I didn't mix the drops in anything as I really like the taste. I would imagine it has good mixability if someone chose to do that.
