This is my second water cooler ownership for me. The first was a top-loader, which was fine until serious medical issues hit, and then it became a dread to refill. I live alone and just the thought of lifting another 5-gallon bottle up was giving me the chills. Eventually, that became the problem with cooler number one, I ended up having my back go out and everything came tumbling down and the cooler itself was cracked.Now, we come to this cooler, Euhomy, bottom loading, hot and cold, and doesn't make me strain myself trying to refill it at all. The pump, and system inside maintain the flavor of the water I'm getting delivered, and it tastes just like it should. All that and it makes a fine cup of tea. I'm very happy with my new cooler, or rather heater as I use it for hot water more times than not. I highly recommend this unit to anyone in the market. If it has one downside is that it does need the electricity to use the pump, rather than gravity in case the power goes out, but that's a trifling matter.

Although I bought this attractive water dispenser because it matched our kitchen decor which has black and stainless steel appliances, it turned out to be a very poor choice due to its drawbacks. First and foremost it is virtually impossible to load a new water bottle from above into the holding tank because of an extremely shallow tank design. Water spills everywhere no matter how careful you are. Second it is annoying loud when the cooling motor turns on especially at night. The resulting water is not cold enough, more like cool and it dispenses agonizingly slow. Will be looking to replace with a better functioning unit.

I purchased this one for work. I have another brand at home, one that costs over $200 and I like this one better. The water is very cold, and hot. The biggest difference between this cooler and the one at home, aside from the price tag, is the difference in noise level. As you might read from different reviews from different brands is some coolers are extremely loud as you fill beyond a measuring cup or 2. This one is extremely quiet which is something I'm not used to. It's actually really nice to have a machine that does not make any noise besides the bubbling noise as you drain the reservoirs. Although this one is black and not all stainless steel like my other one, I will never buy another brand other than this one. It's exactly what you need and exactly what you should expect with a water cooler like this. Not to mention sub $100 is huge. There is no need for anything above this, unless you're looking for appearance, a cooler below, bottom storage/pumping etc. Which in most cases is a want not a need and even if my cooler was self cleaning, I would still want to clean it myself from time to time. I cannot say enough about this little cooler. Money well spent. And again, a quiet cooler is more important to me than I thought. I couldn't be happier and I'm confident you will be too.

Updated review. This company customer service is amazing. They promptly emailed me and offered a refund. I’m really happy with them.I had one of these delivered and within a week it completely died. I got a hold of the vendor through Amazon and sent them a video and pictures of the unit. They promptly apologized and shipped me out another one. I was so happy with their customer service. Now it’s only been a few months and it completely died again. I am so disappointed. I absolutely loved this unit when it worked. It fit perfectly in the space that I needed. I loved all the hot and cold buttons and that it fed water from the bottom. But I have to give it only one star because this is the second one that is not working. I’m so sad

The Euhomy brand water cooler is a great product. The dispenser has 3 temperature settings with Cold water that needs no ice. It has room temperature water and the hot water is great for making tea, Coco and ramen noodles in seconds. It's a beautiful water cooler too. The black and stainless steel goes great with all my kitchen appliances. There customer service Euhomy is excellent. I reached out to them recently And a very kind and considerate representative named Taryn contacted Me on the same day I contacted them. There in the process Now to handle my situation and I truly appreciate there kindness and understanding to make sure my situation is properly handled.
