Excellent product- delicious in post workout protein recovery shake / nice chocolate flavor - great with frozen bananas and or strawberries and pineapple- easy to digest / steady energy for hours - decreases hunger - can use before workout also !

I bought UCAN Workout Energy Powder for two purposes which were for more energy during my workout and as an post workout supplement. I am very please on both counts and additionally it mixes very easy w/o clumps.

I have been doing Crossfit for about 8 years and this product was recommended to me by my nutrition coach. Is it the most amazing thing you'll ever drink....not on the flavor end, it's a touch chalky but is it doable yes especially for the benfits you will get in your workout. I add it to a minimal amount of water and down it like a shot. It pushes me through a Crossfit workout and an hour of intense lifting or an hour lifting session and a 45 min intense biking session no problem. I take two scoops of this 15 min before I hit my workout (typically lasting about 2 hours) and I feel like superwoman.

I was looking for a daily-use preworkout. This is NOT it. It worked well for my endurance workouts, but no sizable difference than compared to a cup of coffee. The serving size is a large scoop and packs a whopping 80 calories. Just not my preference and for the price point, not a great value.

Misleading advertising of the size. They use a picture of their large tub but send a much smaller tub. I thought I was getting much more UCAN.

I take UCAN before a long run (10+ miles) and find it to be gentle on my stomach and pretty tasty. Also, since it's mixed with water, it's hydrating too. Only 4 stars for chocolate because it's not my favorite flavor, but it's not terrible.
