Save on the personal trainer
My girlfriend wears it every day around the house and reports that it is opening up her chest and tension around her sternum, in addition to arranging her skeletal system to support upright posture. Apparently it sets a virtuous cycle in motion that is training her muscles to lay upon her bones differently, and start firing off in ways that support good posture. Highly recommended for the ladies with large busts. So much less expensive than hiring a personal trainer.

Very comfortable and adjusts great for me. I really think this is going to help me and I was even aware after I took it off when I wasn't standing up straight.
