Good for ulnar nerve and golfers elbow - can use without locking in one position
I have tried a huge variety of braces, and this is one of my two favorites. It’s sturdy and easy to put on and take off by myself. Something I discovered, is that you can leave the pin out of the hinge and use it without locking it into a single position. This worked really well for me. It greatly restricts range of motion and gives good structured support, but still allows a little bit of movement to make general day-to-day tasks and sleeping more comfortable.I was able to easily sleep with this brace, both with the pin in the hinge and with the pin out. I preferred using the brace with the pin out to have a little bit of movement. In my opinion, this brace is worth the extra cost.

Works good for a couple hours
This is a good alternative to a fully adjustable brace, for short periods of time such as if the main brace gets wet or dirty

Works great
I had tennis elbow and this helped a lot. The different settings you can put it at to keep your arm in certain positions

Runs big
Well made but it was too big for me and didn’t work out

Easy to adjust for different jobs
Exactly as described. Held elbow in place while I continued to work with both arms.

Whatever position you put your arm in it will stay
And it is situated on your alarm it's like a soft case if you got it straight you cannot bend your arm Also the good thing it is very stable and sturdy an excellent buy

Not comfortable
Very very awkward, used it wo the metal bar for a couple of days, I understand the the point is to immobilize the elbow but this is not comfortable and the metalPieces come apart easily

Not for slender armed people
Not for slender armed folk, and the metal bar felt like it would be terribly uncomfortable and dig into my arm in few minutes I tried to make it fit.I ordered this in the small/medium. It was comically large despite my elbow width falling inside the product suggested sizing when I measured myself prior to ordering. I could pull the straps to max tightness and not get a snug fit on my lower arm. Useless. The mechanism for adjusting size wasn't complicated, but it was tricky to thread the screw through it - you have to perfectly align the metal pieces. Good luck doing that.I don't think this would have worked even if the fit was right. It felt like it was pushing uncomfortably on my lower forearm for the few moments I did wear it. Bleh.
