Definitely worth trying! I've been taking Forskolin for just over a month now and noticed worthwhile results along with diet and exercise as well as noticeable appetite changes. Forskolin has become part of my daily routine and I haven't noticed any real issues but sometimes I do tend to eat much less than I used to. I wouldn't consider this product an "Advanced Fat Burner" because this is not a multi-compound nor lab manufactured product, simply Forskolin and maybe some rice powder. If your trying to get a feel for if Forskolin will work for you take a loot at a few academic articles online.

Have been taking this well over a month and have not discovered any weight loss using this product. I work out regularly, don't go over board in the eating bad things department. If I lost weight at all, it was because of the way I've been doing my routine. Gave it a shot, but I cannot recommend this. If I had a substantial loss in addition to my routine, I would have.
