This phone is really great, for the price I was expecting something very cheap and cheerful, but this is not either!! It is smart and feels sturdy, but light weight. It works like a dream, very easy to connect, easy to use with slightly larger key pads that my old phone, and easier to press, which is great for someone with sore, weak fingers. The sound quality is phenomenal, my telephone line sounds really clear, and I can hear the person on the other line very easily with no interference. It is better than my old BT phone. The only minor gripe is the length of the cable from phone to receiver could do with being a bit longer, so that when I am using the phone, (which is sat in front of me) the phone base doesn't flap about in mid air!! But that is a very minor niggle. The phone ring tone is loud, but not deafeningly so. I paid a pound more, to get it in black, which looks so smart and obviously won't and yellow with age, It looks easier to keep clean and hygienic, which is very important too. All in all, a great phone at fantastic price, and if it lasts as long as my previous one, then happy days!!

Using this on a 4g router for my elderly mother. Call quality is good and it is nice and loud.

With the buttons on the main piece on the table there is no fear of your ear pressing buttons during the call, its easy to see the numbers & it also has the letters for entering passwords. It simply connects together then into the wall, always ready for use. It doesn't use Electricity or batteries there's no extra expense.I have it in black sitting on my white tv unit & it looks great. Made of hard wearing Plastic material its strong & with no electricity used its not affected by power cuts a bonus for me.The sound is clear & precise no echos or feedback so far. The ringer can be set loud or low & the price is fab.Delivery was fast too. Im happy & would buy another.

The fact that you can’t put this phone on silent when the ring is very shrill. Even the low volume is ear piercing!! Have had it unplugged most of the time due to the awful tone to this phone.

This a cheap and well made but has issues. The person on the other end is so quiet, while the speaker hurls your own voice back into your ear like a loud speaker. I had to hold it away from my ear when speaking. Makes conversation frustrating and difficult
