I like the disassembly setup for easy clean. Goes in the dishwasher fine. I haven't used it for vegetables yet, but it's a champ for cheese. Recommend

Great all in one product-great prodift for RV’ers too
Omg this thing takes care of doing what several gadgets usually do. One thing to clean at the end of prepping. Go from slicing veggies for dips to cheese grated on your salad. Big fan of easy clean up. Sticks great to counter. The other reason I needed this is I’m a RV’er this thing makes on the go prepping simple. I saw ones that were just cheese graters this does so many more tasks and grates cheese. I would buy again.

This little kitchen appliance is wonderful! Locks down on your countertop, shreds real good, small enough to store away without taking a bunch of room in your cabinets, and fairly easy to clean. Highly recommend!
