Easy to follow recipe
The recipe is easy to follow, but it's a bit repetitive, I wish there's more creative touch to it!

Very disappointing
I have been following Barbara O'Neill for a while now these recipes in this book contains ingredients that Barbara herself recommend staying away from like all purpose flour just want to be mentioned. I guess I'll be using this book for fire starters

Simple Recipes for Healthy Living
Although i'm not a complete expert in everything Barbara recommends, there are a great selection of healthy recipes in this book. My only wish is that it had a bit more information about the ingreidnets used and nutrition information and images of the dishes themselves.

It’s NOT Barbara O’Neil!!!
Don’t be fooled into buying this book as I was. I’ve followed Barbara O’Neil for many years and was puzzled when I first read the ingredients as some of these Barbara says to stay away from. I then realised I’d bought a book ‘inspired’ by Barbara O’Neil - actually with what I know about her - she would not recommend a lot of these recipes!!
