Great customer service
Quality product. Superb customer service! They are responsive and will go far to satisfy customer! If one thing would make me dislike a product, it's bad customer service. Things happen, and when they do, ygrow customer service will go the extra mile to satisfy. Extremely happy with both the lamp (heavy dense yield) and customer service.

Great light
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Great light ,I like that it’s plastic not metal so there’s no rusting. Has temperature control so will turn off if it gets to hot. Also the fan is very quite Great customer service

It was a nice light while it lasted though
I bought the 300w light yesterday and it has already stopped working properly. It will be on for a minute and then turn off for a second then turn on again. It was a nice light while it lasted though.

Light not as adverstised
Item advertised as having a 2 year warranty. However, upon receiving the item and reading the enclosed product sheet it only specifies a 1 year warranty. It also states that someone will be in touch with you within 12-24 hours if there are any problems. I emailed them 4 days ago and still have heard nothing in return. I included a picture of the sheet include to show the warranty statement. An Amazon representative did help me out though so thank you to Amazon.

Great Light!
Impressed with the brightness and focus of this light. Bought for the extra IR and UV light and also has 2 greens to help spot deffincies. This light was very well thought out and I would buy another for my flowering plants. Switched one over and spotted some deffincies I couldn't before so it saved me some hassle right off the bat.

Ygrow lights are the real deal
This is a great light. Works well in my tent. Seems to have pretty good penetration at 12” over canopy.
