I got these for my daughter- who swims at the college level. She said they were a great fit and perfectly fine for training.

Fine for laps
Fine swimsuit for lap swimming. Fits fine but if had a larger chest the cut would be compromising. Ordered 5' 7" 130 lbs chest B36 athletic build

Nice fit
This suit is great for training. It's fitting and doesn't sag at all. A little tight in the shoulders but otherwise fits fine.

Leisure Quality Only
My family has used many Arena swimsuits over the years. I’m not sure whether it’s because the design is different from others of this brand, but the size is a little bit off - larger than I would expect. The material is pretty thin, and the straps are thin, and don’t hold on to the body properly. They feel like they might \snap. For leisure swimming, this might be OK, but I wouldn’t recommend this swimsuit competitive swimming. After washing and tumble-drying on low, it didn’t shrink.

comfortable and stylish
This swim suit is true to size, comfortable and has a stylish cut. I wore it for long ocean swims and it is very comfortable for several hours of swimming and lounging on the beach. Highly recommend this suit. It holds up well.

Great practice/ workout suit
As a competitive swimmer this suit fits just as I would expect. It is tight which it should be for a competition suit. The minimal straps on the back of the swimsuit help with the comfort of the swimsuit, no cutting into my shoulders. There is less coverage in this particular cut of suit than I prefer. The sides come in a little more than I am comfortable with. The fabric is sturdy and will hold up to being in the pool for several hours over its lifetime. I really like the pattern of this swimsuit. This has been a great swimsuit for swim practice.

From about 5 years old...
From about 5 years old, through college, Misses Shops Too Much was a competitive swimmer. She is 5'5" 120 pounds with a typical swimmer build: broad shoulders, nice lats and a long torso. For her present day lap swim workouts, she goes between a 34 - 36 size suit to accommodate those attributes. This suit, a 34, fits her well, though she said the back (that covers her bum) is a bit like a bikini bottom, in that it's pretty low.I asked if a 36 would be better; "no, it would just be bigger/looser, not longer" (for her torso). She did mention she thought the size chart on the product page was a bit off....As another reviewer mentioned, this is fully lined in the front, but a single layer in the back. This is a chlorine resist type suit, so will not feel as "slinky" or quite as stretchy as a *not* chlorine resistant "normal" suit. The colors and design are nice looking; streamlined; gender neutral. If they made this in a mens swim brief, I'd wear it.This appears to be of quality materials and workmanship; only improvement I can think of would be for it to be fully lined.I've given a 4 star rating based on initial impressions and *perceived* quality, not on long term use or results.I hope this review has been helpful and enables you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
