Confusing Box Image
The box had an image of a filter that look ROUND instead of OBLONG. The box is also slightly smaller than the overall filter length. I almost returned it, thinking it was the wrong one, but then I opened it to check, and to my surprise the filters inside were correct. Then I realized the image on the box must be some type of company logo (and not a very smart one either, because it probably confuses a lot of people). The filters fit nicely, and should work fine. I suggest the company change their logo to something less confusing for customers. I cannot imagine how many people have returned filters thinking they are the wrong ones, simply because they are looking at an image of a round filter on the box, when in reality that image has nothing to do with the filter they ordered. One & Done- as in it stopped working!
This roller worked on my hard surface flooring but the minute I used it on carpet it stopped spinning & melted the internal component that made it spin. Very disappointed to say the least!

Poor Quality had 3 weeks and the drive end of brush stripped out.
only had this in my power head maybe 3 weeks at most .. use the vaccum 2 times a week and already useless. I have put old brush in and runs fine and has been in the power head almost a year with no damage.. DO NOT waste your money i got 2 and with in a week they both are trash

Not the same as HV384Q
Although I am still able to use these (after I cut them down to size) they are not the same as the original filters for HV384Q - see photo. However the price was right so I kept them and cut them to size.

This fit Great and I feel they are worth the money paid for them. I will order these again when needed. The only issue I have is very SLOW SHIPPING so if you order these, do so at least 2 months before you need them.

The teeth on the gear drive end got ground away within 10 times or less of use.
