I was looking for a set of plates to go with the teal runner, candleholders and candles. They are not dark like advertised, but I love the lighter shade better. Nice size plates, salad bowls and saucer size plates.

I was looking forever for a grey set of dishes since I redid my kitchen. These dishes are very pretty. Packaged very well and arrived fully intact. They seem to be very sturdy and would not chip easily. My family is brutal on dishes so that means a lot to me. My only gripe is that they are made in China. Amazon should be required to notify its customers of where items are made and shipped from. If I did not like them so much I would have returned them. I do not want to support the CCP and often look for made in the USA items or our allies. Its very hard to find things like that though.

I am mostly pleased with this purchase. I like that the set does not include mugs as I don't need them. I really like the way that the bowls fit together to take up minimal room in the cabinet. They seem well made and have stood up to some daily use abuse without chipping. My only complaint is that there is no starburst pattern along the edge of the salad size plates, which makes them not match up well with the other items and in the grey color they just look speckled and dirty.

I received them chipped... otherwise they're pretty. Unsure about how they'll hold up. They've not been used or washed yet.
