They hold heat and cold well
I was blessed/cursed with a larger chest are a d felt annoyed with other heat/cool packs, they were too small to do any good! But these are large enough to actually cover me.I really only break them out when clogs seem to be appearing, but these seem very sturdy and hold up well. I love that they have a softer side to them, it's very comfy on the skin. The material I'd thick and they have a nice amount of weight to them. I have 0 concerns about leaks, unlike other brands. As far as retention of heat & cold, they don't last superrr long, you'll get 15-20min worth. But, you're generally not supposed to go over that time anyways.

Nice shape!
My daughter is breastfeeding and works from home at my house so I thought these may help her out with the pains she was having when she is nursing at my house. First thing we both noticed and liked was the size and shape of these. They have an opening for the nipple so the pack is not directly on top of the nipple which is nice when compared to a normal flat ice pack. She also says she likes the plush texture even when it is frozen. They are very reasonably priced at the current price of $10.99 for the 2 pack.

Comfortable
The 3 in 1 therapy packs was easy to use. I opted to use it while pumping to increase milk flow. I microwaved the packs in increments of 10 seconds and it took a while for the pads to heat up to the temperature I would like. I heated them up until they were a little hot to touch. The cover clasps together and stays put. I used it while I was pumping and it was a little difficult to put on. Since I had a pumping bra and spectra flanges, I had to put on the bra first, the flanges and then put the breast therapy packs on and then clasp them. After pumping, I had to unclasp the therapy pack and remove it before removing the pump flanges. The therapy packs radiate warmth. I was pumping on a cold day and these were so nice to use. I think for ease these would be better to heat up and use before pumping. My milk flow didn’t increase using the therapy packs, but I did feel more relaxed using the therapy packs.

Helped after surgery
After a double mastectomy small ice packs are great, this is soft unlike the hard blocks and doest stay cold long hours so that you will not get cold irritation to the skin or freeze/burn. These are comforting and soothing , great gift

These were okay
They get the job done! However, they seem pretty small and they are hard to keep on!

They work.
They're Ice packs. Of course they work. They don't leak or anything, however you can find others that are cheaper. They stay in place for me just fine. I have no complaints.
