Q: What’s the difference between this one and Deep Sleep?

Stay Asleep didn’t work for me but Deep Sleep usually ensures you get more significant REM (dreaming) and Deep Sleep, which is the restorative sleep everyone needs. It worked better when I first started taking it but I stopped for a while and was up all night so resumed and sleeping better again.
