This is the 4th type of a SI belt. My PT recommended one thinner than my other but thicker than my older one. This was the required width and I love it! Thin, I don't feel I am over heating, and the straps to tighten are easy to adjust before sitting down so I don't have to take it on and off based on what I am doing, This is a big Advantage due to I need to wear it a lot. it is giving support to keep my hips in alignment and my SI pain is reduced. Easy to clean and well made. Very happy and love the improved design from others I have seen at a great price.

Ordered this and a couple of other back support ones and this one fitted my wife perfectly. She is 5 feet and small in size and this fits nicely. She likes that it is around her hips, not high up on her stomach like some back braces/supports. She was recently diagnosed with a mile degenerative disc disease on her L4 and L5 and has been in pain before it was confirmed (via doc and xrays). This really helps support her lower back, she said. It also doesn't slide or move easily and stays put. The material is solid and well made (great quality). She is happy with the purchase and better yet, she feels better, very supported with it, and that's what matters: happy wife is a happy life :)

Sort of helped. Eased the pain with good pressure. Easy to use, but seemed to move around.

Holy smokes! I am hyper mobile and have had 2 c-sections. My core strength is caputs and I’m going to PT for it. My backpain is excruciating though. It keeps me up at night and limits my daily activities. I spoke to my PT about this belt and they didnt recommend using this daily as my body needs to use and build the muscle to fix my back pain, but I can wear it as a crutch for certain activities. I wore this while cleaning out the basement this weekend. I was lifting and moving lots of heavy things, and I didn’t have any back pain during or after!I am 160lbs, 5’7” and typically wear a 6–8/medium pant depending on the the brand. I ordered the large and it works perfectly as I have wider hips

I have suffered lower back pain for years and finally I had a shysical therapist who figured out it was my S I Joint. She told me to get an SI Joint belt and I am so glad she did. She showed me this belt in particular and I got it. All I can say is wow what a change for me. I wear this belt when I am doing anything with a lot of bending or in a bent position for a while and it has help so much. I put it on and the pain is gone and I wear it and when I take it off I dont have all the pain I use to have.

Large does not fit me. It barely meets the Velcro clasp in front, which defeats the whole purpose of wearing it because you won't be able to move around because it will not stay attached together if you do. There wasn't an option to buy an XL or XXL when I purchased. This is for a very thin or small person.

At first I thought write this was nice I felt relief but after 2 hours it was shifting. I had to adjust through the day multiple times I finally gave up and took it off. Guess I’ll keep looking for a better belt.
