Value for money and quality is upper level, no one beat blue star quality.

Very worst product quality and service.
The product failed exactly in a year and need to incur additional 17K because of bad quality, looking to throw this waste product in dustbin and check for any alternatives good quality products.

Installation Service very poor....
I have purchased 1.5 tone BlueStar AC from Amazon dated on13.04.2024, at the same time I have received one SMS for service support and mobile number. I tried to call the Namakkal Service Team to confirm the service appointment. they didn't attend the call. I tried for 3 days continuously to reach the Service team. On the 3rd day they picked my call and I asked her why didn't attend. But she replayed very harshly. Service team not available will come after 10 days only. If you are not satisfied with my answer you may complaint to any person. I registered a complaint with Customer Care and resolved Installation with the help of customer care dated on 23.04.2024. At the time of installation one small hole was made by technician. After installation completed they asked money Rs: 1200 /- . Ok, I have given it to the service technician and asked the bill for installation. Technician will send the bill via whatsapp from the office. I asked for the past 3 days and still have not got a bill. I call Customer care, and the executive told me to escalate your complaint through mail . So, i send mail to you, and hope that will solve the problem as soon as possible. I have purchased another AC from LG because of my bad previous experience with Blue Star Service......

AC मैने खरीदा जो अच्छा प्रोडक्ट समझकर खरीदा । लेकिन waranty Boy (टेक्निशियन )आकर इसेके अन्दर लिक होते गैस को सही नहीं किया गया । और केवल ऐटन्डस लगाकर चले जाते हैं । इसके Service centere से कोई उम्मीद नहीं रखना
