replaced the original battery & this also failed in about 5 motnhs of little use.

Easy
Swap was really easy, the new battery arrived packaged well and undamaged and the runtime on my K17 vacuum cleaner has dramatically improved from the terrible 5-minute runtime that my old dying battery was giving me. Price could be lower for what it is, but in the long run it was overall cheaper than buying a totally new stick vacuum cleaner.
