As an Adult Fan Of Lego, and also someone who's been playing Minecraft for a very long time, what's not to like, of course I gave this 5 stars.Minecraft sets are great because they are not for someone like me, but are aimed squarely at kids. Previous Minecraft sets have been a real hit with both my own daughter, and my nephews and nieces. They are easy to build, recognisable and provide a lot of play value. While this is age rated 8, if your child is good at Lego, then I would suggest this set is more than completable by a child of 6 or 7, with very few fiddly bits - just be there to help.The stand out features of this set for me are the frogs, of which only one has appeared in previous sets. The slime is also a welcome character.As a play set, this gives you a house on stilts, which would appear in the swamp biome in game. You also get a a boat, and island farm as well as the staples of any Minecraft base, a bed, chest, crafting bench, furnace and cake.I would definitely say this is among the top 3 or 4 of the current line up of Lego Minecraft sets, and a good one to get to expand a collection.

Brilliant exactly what my autistic grandson needed built in a few minutes .makes me chuckle I would be there 30 mins ..

This is a great set for little Lego and Minecraft fans. My daughter is a fan of both and has thoroughly enjoyed building this set. The colours of the bricks are in line with the Minecraft game, as are the characters.Having helped my daughter build many lego sets I can see that in comparison to other sets this one is fairly basic. Whilst it's a decent size and relatively cheap I would have like to have seen more movable parts that would have made it more fun to play with once built.

Brought for my sons 10th birthday he loves minecraft and made this in a few hours now wanting to get another to add to the collection.

Brought for my Grandson as he loves his lego and yet again he wasn't disappointed.

My daughter loves both Minecraft and Lego so was sure she would enjoy this set.It's a great little play set that has a lot of extra play value included.The building ,farm etc is easy to set up with the usual easy to follow Lego instructions, and it didn't take long overall.The set also comes with a group of characters, adventurer,zombie etc, as well as some little frogs/animals.The set also has a lot of small details that aid role play with the farm extras and the little boat.Overall it's a great little set on its own, or would be a great addition to other Minecraft based sets.
