52 Inch White Ceiling Fans with Lights and Remote, LED Low Profile Flush Mount Ceiling Fan for Bedroom, Living Room with Quiet DC Motor, Dimmable 6 Speeds

This fan is attractive, has the lowest profile I have found, and doesn't have a bulky housing like the Hunter low profile fan - perfect for a room with an 8' ceiling. The fan is nearly silent and moves a LOT of air. The remote is nice with the 6 speeds. I like that I can reverse the direction of the fan without stopping it - just hit the button on the remote, it stops itself, reverses, and then spins back up. It's also very easy to install! The Hunter was a pain. It also has a very nice LED light dims and has 3 color temp selections. Really well thought-out product at an unbelievable price point.

I needed fans in all bedrooms and the living room. These all installed very easily and worked right out of the box.I found that leaving the antenna sticking out makes using the remote more reliable anywhere in the room.They look really sleek and the size is perfect for most bedrooms.Being able to configure the speed and light settings is really convenient. I can turn the switch off and the controller will remember the last state.So far they are quiet except when they are at high speeds which is to be expected from any fan this size moving fast. They make a good white noise for sleeping.

Replaced an '80's era fan with this one. Without the old fan's lights hanging down, this one gives me almost another foot of height clearance. Easy enough to install, but the receiver that fits (supposedly) inside the fan's housing is big and a bit of a puzzle to get it to fit in there correctly. On first try, I ended up pulling out all the wires I had just connected. The fan's speed on lowest setting (1) is more like medium speed. It's okay, but should be slower. I don't think I'll ever use the highest speed (6) unless I want to launch the house into space. Really wish the remote would provide feedback. That all said, the fan works well and being able to remotely turn it on, set the speed, set different color/level of lighting, reverse airflow, and have preset timers for bedtime is great. Compared to the old fan, much quieter.

We wanted a quiet fan for our media room. This one is super quiet and really moves a LOT of air! It has 6 different speeds and a bright LED light. It was quick to install and easily controlled with a remote. This was the perfect fan for where we needed it.

Well, it moves air. That’s about all for the good. When I opened the package, factory installed screws had loosened from the main frame body and fell inside the motor. After disassembling and removing the screws, the install started. The fan doesn’t sit flat to the ceiling. The fan doesn’t remember what light color setting you had it set to. Using the fan remote or a light switch, every in and off of the fan changes color. The led light has a terrible delay when you turn it on. Can walk clear to the other side of the room and back before it finally illuminates. I feel like other reviews drastically under elaborated how terribly annoying this is. Installed the fan in my newborns room, and when you need light, now, it’s just not there. After having it installed a week, I just can’t take it anymore. I’ll be removing the fan and finding anything else from a local box store. Hardware feels cheap, light done is cheap plastic, and it literally comes with a warning about letting it run 8 hours continuously for its first time to get it to stop squeaking.

Bought one for the master bedroom, used it for about a month and bought two more units for the other bedrooms. First off, they look great, modern and stylish. The fan blades are reversible but we went with the black on all of them as opposed to the brown wood grain. The instructions were not great but if you’ve ever installed a ceiling fan, this will be very simple. It doesn’t specify in the instructions but you should absolutely install the red fiber washers (included) on the screws that secure the fan blades to the rotator. This fan has 6 speeds and you can reverse the rotation for summer/winter modes. As far as the light on the unit, we don’t really use it much. It has different temperature settings. One setting is warm and its color is similar to an incandescent bulb or you could switch to 2 other higher temperature settings which are very white. This fan really moves the air and is very quiet. No balance issues were encountered either. Our fans are surface mounted on our 8 foot ceilings.

I bought one fan to check it out since it was sort of inexpensive.Installation was pretty easy, except I have an old house (CA) and the ceiling electrical box screws measure 3" on center. Houses aren't made this way anymore and the kit comes with ceiling mounts for 3 1/2" to 4". I had to drill two holes to modify the mount to fit my old house.The fan works great, I can change to 3 different colors of white, dimmable, and reversible. Remote is easy to understand. I now have 4 of these fans in my bedrooms. They are the prefect size for smaller bedrooms.

When using a switch, it will maintain your memory of light color and fan speed.... But takes like 3 plus seconds for the digital to kick in...( LEDs lights ) Also the beauty ring at top had plastic cheap tabs that broke and I had to use dobleback tape to get it to stick. We'll see how long it lasts. Fan is quiet, and didn't need weights or adjustment. LEDs are bright. Remote seems to work with no issues. Perfect for my guest room that does not get much use.
