My daughter uses this fore her clients she sees in their homes who are disabled and it has worked perfectly! Her clients have reported being comfortable with no mess! She has reported a lot less back strain!

Actually this item is surprisingly wonderful. Wasnt sure at first site. Put chair up to kitchen sink and angled it in and it fit all my customers perfectly. I mean look its not uncomfortable but its not necessarily comfortable but for the few minutes your shampooing etc its really worth it.

Very uncomfortable to use. The rubber lining that goes around the neck area, keeps falling off. I do not recommend this at all.

Works well for me. Easy to wash my daughters hair at the sink. The neck area is a little uncomfortable though.
