Finding bee pollen capsules is hard, so I am so happy I found them.

I got this Bee Pollen because at least once a year I like to possibly strengthen my immune system with it. If you look up the supposed benefits it has the list is very impressive and quite lengthy. And that's not actually too surprising to me considering that Bee Pollen has Vitamin B3,B6,B9,B12, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Iron, Copper, Selenium, Silicone and Zinc in it ! Quite the multivitamin it is IMO. And not only that but I believe our bodies prefer ingredients that nature made and this would be spot on with that. There are some studies that indicate Bee Pollen might help with metabolism and weight control but I personally never noticed anything with that. Now I never give a supplement 5 stars unless it's third party lab tested. However in all fairness I do not recall ever seeing Bee Pollen lab tested. Too this is a small business which I really like to support. This brand does all their bottles with a clear see through design. I like that as it reminds me of a nothing to hide attitude. These are super easy to take and I had no sides. If you allergic to bee stings or honey I would steer clear unless a Doctor gave approval. The dosage on this a convenient 500 mgs which with two you can get 1 gram (1000 mgs) each day. With 200 caps that's gonna last me a while which I like ! Good Luck and Hope this was Helpful.

These supplements seemed to be of decent quality. What really stood out to me was how much you get. This is a BIG bottle.
