This is the third stopper I have purchased for my 1950s bathtub. The first two did not work for the vintage design. This one is perfect! The larger size works perfectly and holds water for my long baths with no issues.

I have the metal drain plug that alot of people have and it's never been able to stop the water from leaking out completely. Every time we gave our kids baths, we would have to turn the water back on and fill it with more water because the metal drain plug that the tub came with doesn't fully plug the drain. It was wasting water and costing money on the water bill. I saw this drain plug on Amazon and I saw the same type of metal drain plug that I have in the pictures. I figured I would give it a chance and I received it in a couple days, immediately put it in my bath tub drain and put some water in the tub and left it for an hour to see how good it worked and not a drop of water leaked out that tub with this plug. You'll see in my pictures the old metal drain plug and then this drain plug, and their is water in the tub in the picture with this rubber drain plug, it's just hard to see. I've never been more satisfied with a product then I am with this drain plug. I also wasn't sure about the size because their is large and small. The large is for bath tubs and the small is for bathroom sinks. I highly recommend getting this rubber drain plug if you have a similar metal drain plug like the one I have and you can see it in the pictures. The main problem with this type of drain I have is it has a metal rod that comes out of the drain hole so that the metal drain plug can screw onto it and it sticks out of the hole just a little bit. I've bought other plugs and the problem was that metal rod would cause other drain plugs not to fit correctly and we still had water leaking out, but this plug is perfect for those type of bathtub drains. You won't regret it if you buy this drain plug. I'm very happy that I choose this one.

It's a drain stopper, just a solid hunk of rubber. This 2 pack is good for a sink and a tub.

I was skeptical when I opened the package and put the stopper in the bathtub drain. It didn't fit tightly and I thought "This is never going to work". Oh yes it does! No leaks at all. Easy to drop in the drain and easy to remove. Love it!!

Okay where to start. I have colitis and arthritis. My nighttime bath with relaxing product I just Reviewed is my ability to function. Pain and sleep together are the best medicine. Hence this product. I would fill my tub, do a quick (I thought) errand and come back to half drained tub. NO MORE! THIS Funny looking plug is GENIUS! I have a collection of useless plugs. Tub stays full & hot with this baby. Also comes with sink plug. TRY IT!

I just rebuilt my home that was devastated by fire. Unfortunately the brrand new tub I purchased from, Home Depot did not hold water using it's built in stopper. So I purchased this stopper that works great, is easy to use and easy to clean.
