SEPHORACollection Hydrating Lip Balm - 4 Berry (Berry Purple)

I bought at a Sephora retail store. The tube is presented like a no-nonswnse tinted petroleum jelly. It's not styled to be all girly or glitzy like some fast fashion makeup item, it's presented as a toss in your backpack or gym bag balm for the active girl. Already bad for you ingredient wise, but I was hoping it was at least nurturing for dry lips. It's not-- at all. It's really a goopy, ultra sticky lipgloss-- not even the shiniest. Chap stick alternative or balm it is NOT. When I returned it, the 2 attendants working there agreed that it's the worst.
