This dispenser works great. The adjustable levels of soap dispensing amounts are perfect. Touchless activation works great. We've been using it for a month and still have not yet had to recharge the battery.

Before this, we had a couple of Alexa touchless soap dispenses, but they only lasted a little over a year and were way underpowered from the beginning. This model puts out a lot more soap and hasn't given us any issues. In fact, I just bought a second one since it was on sale. Great dispensers and the price is reasonable. Well built and looks great too.

Works pretty well with viscous soaps.The charging is nice. The capacity is a bit limited, but it fits nicely on smaller sinks.My only issue with it is that it sometimes spits soap when I run my hand next to it, but without the intention of using it. The sensor is too sensitive and i think it may be reacting to shadows. Also, the fact that it is on the side of the body and not under the "nose" makes it a bit too sensitive and causes it to trigger unintentionally.

I was initially drawn to this item because of its sleek and modern design. It looked fantastic in my bathroom and seemed like the perfect addition to streamline my handwashing routine. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I encountered a major flaw.After just a few days of use, the dispenser started leaking all over my bathroom counter. At first, I thought it might be a one-time issue, but sadly, it persisted. No matter how carefully I tried to use it, the base would dribble out, creating a messy and unsanitary situation.I tried troubleshooting and adjusting the settings, but nothing seemed to resolve the problem. It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck with a product that not only fails to function properly but also creates a mess that I have to clean up constantly.To make matters worse, I missed the return window, so now I'm left with a malfunctioning soap dispenser that's nothing more than an eyesore in my bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless they enjoy dealing with constant leaks and cleaning up soap spills. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable automatic soap dispenser.

I have had others (diff brand) that only last about a year and even though they had warranties no one responded to honor them so tried this brand and so far truly like it. easy to add soap and the charge lasts a pretty long time and we use it everyday as I keep it at the kitchen sink. Hopefully it will last longer than a year. at this time I would recommend.

This works great overall, but even at level 1, it dispenses way too much soap, wasting a lot of product. I like that it charges with usb-c, but returning so I can get one that dispenses less soap each time.

I had a simple human before. Had it replaced , had to keep cleaning it out, it finally died too. Got disgusted with the run around with customer service…. This is so much nicer. Quieter, no batteries to replace !!! Sleek and clean lines.

This soap dispenser is easy to use and fits perfectly behind the kitchen sink. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that even at the lowest of the three levels it still dispenses a LOT of soap. Our work around has been to mix a bit of soap with a lot of water in the dispenser.

Quality is good and looks like a great show piece in the kitchen .

Wow am I glad I got this product! Not only is it a clean and convenient spot to keep my sponge but it also comes with one! Not only that but inside the box there is a small card and it says every review counts, the woman who owns this business is fighting for life and is also a mother. I will be suggesting this product to anyone who would find it convenient. it works so nice and smooth super easy to rinse out or clean and even better by purchasing one you were doing someone who really needs it a favour!

I liked the idea of this dish soap dispenser, but wasn’t sure why I felt uncomfortable with it. Don’t get me wrong, it works really well. The liquid dish soap is stored in the lower compartment. The upper compartment presses down and activates the pump to squeeze liquid soap up onto the sponge. And it works exactly as you’d expect it to work.The sponge sits on a great allowing liquid from the sponge to drain below and helping the sponge to dry out between uses. The draining compartment is easily cleaned as needed. So what was the problem?It turns out, that the problem is me! What was bothering me was the colour of the sponge that was provided. I guess I didn’t like a yellow sponge with a modern looking gray dish soap dispenser! Crisis! 🤣I changed out the sponge so that a green scrubbing surface shows. And I used green Palmolive dish soap in the clear compartment. Suddenly, voilà! My world was right again ha ha! 🤦🏼‍♀️I am happy to recommend this dish soap dispenser! And if it matters to you, you can find dish soap to match the sponge! Enjoy!

I love the modern look and elegance yet simplicity of this automatic hand soap dispenser. I bought one and ended up buying two more because I love it so much. Very aesthetically pleasing. Placed it in my brand new beauty bar and it added that extra touch of hygiene and elegance! It also uses just about any type of soap but I would dilute Dishwashing soap with some water to not clog it. When it dispenses it is quick and clean without mess or fuss. Would highly recommend! I am also in love with all these new soap dispensers that charge with USB as opposed to batteries, game changer.
