These are so cute, kids love them. It did take about 48 hours for the shell of the egg to start to remove itself and a total of 72 hours to be finished but you can give it a little shake in the water at that first 48 hour mark and be done if you’re impatient. The dinosaur that hatches is slimy and gross a little then dries to be a strange texture. It’s not a sponge animal like some other water soluble toys but rather like a little plastic Dino that doesn’t have detail or color for a face, kind of lame. It’s cute to hatch them but my kids didn’t play with the dinosaur afterwards, interest was lost on my kids.

I got these for Easter and my boys were so amazed at how many dino eggs the bunny left us.

Plastic envelopes were a little hard to figure out at first. Eggs were hard to put in the card cut out.

You have to unwrap each egg individually and stuff it in a hole that it doesn't really fit in. I ripped several and the rest took me at least an hour to get put together. There were also many that broke and crumbled before I ever touched them.

My kids were so excited about these eggs. They loved the idea that they could "hatch" these eggs in water overnight (a good lesson in patience for my 4 year old). The eggs are pretty small (the size of an average cherry), but they're perfectly sized for party favors. They come with cards and plastic sleeves that you put the card and egg into. Once hatched, the dinosaurs themselves can be dried and played with, though I wouldn't expect them to last very long. They have a kind of soft, rubbery consistency.

When you get these eggs they are only about 1 inch long and feel solid. They are dark, black with one other color swirled into it such as dark green, dark blue, dark purple [which turns out to be the color of the dino]. Each egg looks and feels special!There are 30 eggs and 30, 3"x4" cards. Each card has the instructions how to soak the egg to make it grow. Put egg and card (you can sign it it you choose to) into provided zip-loc plastic bag. All-in-one gift! Terrific!When you first put egg in water it floats, this is okay, you do not need to weight it down. As egg stays in water it soaks it up and after just a few hours the egg is at the bottom of water.After 48 hours we did not see any difference. After 72 hours all of a sudden the egg had opened up and 1" to 1-1/2" inch dinosaur has formed.Dinosaur is cute, squishy and fun; not a true depiction of a dinosaur shape, but there are different dinos, different colors, they are cute and fun to play with.These are a really terrific party favor especially for dino loving kids and what a great price!!

What’s not to love about these hatching eggs? They are eye-catching and easy to use. The egg slowly hatched after some time in water, then the dinosaur grows. Kids and dino lovers will enjoy the mochi-like product. Which dinosaur will you get?!?!

These are soooo cute! Got for my daughter to hand out at her daycare birthday party.I didn’t mind but do know the colour amounts aren’t likely the same as pictured, so just know that if you’re set on a certain amount of each colour. Out of the 30 only like 3 were pink. Again it didn’t matter to me but to some it might 🤷🏼‍♀️

Loot bag fillers the dinosaurs hatched but barely grew. Kids loved them though
