As one of those thrifty folks, I turn the heat down at night. This blanket fits our king-sized bed and is just rt for an extra layer, warm enough but not too heavy. Easy to walk and dries fast with its shape/size unaltered! It is just what we were looking for and I think will be fine in the Spring and Fall. Color of Dark Blue is quite stunning!

i bought one of these for my mom's house in florida (up north - it was in the 30s-60s F) and call it the "luxury blanket" bc it's so soft and comfortable and cozy. when i went to visit her and used this blanket, that was the first time in a long time i had a full night's sleep. i thought it must be the different bed or the brighter sun regulating my circadian rhythym.and even though i have plenty of blankets, i insisted upon buying this one for our home in ny bc i loved it so much in florida. my hsband protested because we have so many blankets (weighted, crochet, faux fur, down, wool) but ididnt care. this one is special.when i came back to ny, my sleep once again reurned to being beyond abysmal. up in the middle of the night, kicking off sheets, freezing cold, then hot. up for hours in the middle of the night, every night. torture. *our heat isn't working right now, to add to the fun. i ordered the blanket bc i missed how good i felt with it in florida, figuring at least i could feel the softness again. the blanket arrived and i was glad to have that luxury feeling again buti didn not expect what was to happen.i slept with it last night and woke up at 6.30 am like a normal person - i slept the entire night through wihout waking up once!!!!!!! it's a miracle. and it's JUST bc of this blanket - i guess it regulated my temperature perfectly. we literally have no heat right now and it kepy me warm but not too warm - just perfect. it's lightweight, thin, not heavy, just perfect. and so so so very soft.i am going to buy a smaller version for hpostial stays or being on a train, and now my husband wants another one for our other bed. that's a miracle in and of iself because he never wants to buy anything. i did look at other colors and real review pics and i see the orange and burgundy in real life are not as pictured, so i would recommend you look at real review pics. i got th lightblue one and it IS as picured, and next may get yellow.i havent washed this and dont know how it will hold up in the wash. but i will say i feel so, so, grateful to be able to sleep at night without constabtly kicking sheets on and off. literally bc of this blanket, i slept well for the first night and will be able to function during the day again. i had assumed my lack of sleep was bc my bed isn't as comfrtable as the one in florida, but i was wrong. it was the blankets i had (and i tried all of them) not regulating my body temperature.

This is hands down the perfect blanket I've ever purchased! It's so soft, thick enough to keep you warm, and isn't heavy when laying underneath it. This held up during washing and drying without losing its softness! True to color.

I found myself needing to replace some older blankets and I decided to give this blanket a try based on sizing, price, and color. There were a few mixed reviews about quality but I'm glad I took a chance anyway. I immediately looked over the blanket and tossed it in the wash on a bedding cycle with a color-catching sheet just in case anything bled. It didn't. Some people talked about lint/fuzz and static. I added some snuggle in the wash when I washed it. I didn't end up having any of these issues. I've been using this blanket for a few nights now and I will be buying a few more in the future in various sizes/colors. The purple is a deep rich plum. I ordered a queen size because the price was great and I wanted something larger than the standard throw but the price was worth upgrading to the queen. If I didn't use it for me I was going to give it to my teen daughter for her bed. I found myself waking up overheating 2 nights when it was still pretty chilly. Normally I'm cold and sometimes sleep with 2 blankets on about the same thickness. Now, I'm back down to one blanket, and on the nights I'm not overheating I feel like I've slept a little better. This blanket is soft and warm and seems it will be good for all seasons.

I already have one of these blankets in a different color and size. Loved it so much, I decided to get one to layer into my daily bedding. SO soft, and awesome during the cold months. It has washed well now several times. Dries quickly in the drier. Doesn’t hold onto moisture on sweaty nights. Color is so deep, lustrous and richly green. The hem is wider and nicer than blankets I’ve paid twice as much for. I even love putting it down on the rug and doing morning stretches on the low-friction softness. I’ll probably get more of these.

It was exactly what we needed. Used it all winter and kept us warm but not too warm. Also not bulky on the bed if you end up not using it. Got the king size and I think I’m going to get another since my husband seems to steal a majority of it🤣. It’s super soft and easy to just throw in the washer. It has held up nicely to weekly washes.

Despite it being lightweight, this blanket kept me surprisingly warm. The color is beautiful and the softness is as described. I haven't yet put it through the wash to test colorfastness or durability, so I will have to update my review if there is any issue, but I am extremely happy with this purchase.
