Needed more blades but does a great job on slicing veggies.

It works. Not too fancy. It you just need a grater/slicer this is perfect.Havent used the 2 shredders,. The handle is a bit bulky & i dont have a use for it.Why spend more? If you just want to grate cheese & make potato chips, this is perfect!

There are more blades than I have with my other mandoline. The tray is the big plus especially when shredding red cabbage for slaw. This was such a good price I bought it mainly because the food holder on my other mandoline was worn to nubs and no longer effective; if I was to just replace the holder I could have spent as much . Turns out the whole set is great!

I ordered this hoping that it would do what I needed since I saw more expenses mandoline slicers listed. When I received it and used it to make hash brown potatoes, I was so pleased. I have been using it to prepare my salad ingredients. Wonderful slicer and so glad I chose it. I would definitely recommend it to any one who needs this kind of device.

I love it.I just wish the were two depths for straight blade. The one it has is great for making potato chips, not fries. But I still would recommend this with that bit of info.(Cuts great, has a catch container, finger protector.... it does stain easily, however, o soaked mine in bleach water and the stain faded and the blades did not rust)

It works well, is easy to clean, and is safer than using a regular grater. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is that you can't control the thickness of the vegetables.

The product is fine and the price is right. But somebody messed up royally! The box states correctly that the biggest slicer is 2.5 millimeters. The Amazon description says 3 mm. Problem is that I cannot make my homemade potato chips because the slices are too thin!
