Love this item, worth every penny. Yes, you are spending a LOT of pennies, if you’re going to buy it - and seriously, do. Then plan rewards for using it and forfeits for the days you don’t. This has absolutely increased my focus and attention already on day 1. I actually got a sense of euphoria during the relaxation stage. I will definitely continue to use and recommend to others. Have already recommended it to my sister and a patient.
