Pillow is surprisingly perfect for people with neck shoulder pain
I've tried many kinds of pill, and the difference between this and others is that, my neck works best layed on tough thick surfaces. I felt I was lied to buying soft pillows and all it does is make my neck stiffer every day. After sleeping on this pillow, I stop waking up with injured neck shoulder.

I love this pillow. Now I have less neck and back pain. It was recommended to me from a retired nurse.

Not 100% buckwheat hulls
Unfortunately this pillow is not as described. It has what looks to be cut up hard plastic foam (not memory foam…kind of reminded me of the plastic foam they use for disposable foat scrubbers for pedicures) mixed in with the buckwheat hulls. I for one do not want to be inhaling plastic dust from my pillow that is meant to help not harm me. I wish I took a pic before returning it but I’m pretty sure someone else probably already has. Hopefully they fix this in the future so other people don’t get bamboozled like I did.

Finally a pillow that I can sleep comfortably on! After a high impact rear end collision with whiplash and TBI in 2017, I've had chronic pain in my neck from several herniated cervical discs. I've tried every pillow I could find, including a traditional buckwheat standard pillow but I have to say that this is the exact pillow I would've designed for myself! I am beyond relieved and so grateful to have this. It was perfect straight out of the box for me, no extra hulls were required.I LOVE the bolster roll and doubt I'll ever need to remove it. Thank you Homby!!!

Not all buckwheat and smells
Not enough support and there's more small white foam chunks than there is buckwheat. It's also not easy to add more filling since the hole is rather small. Has a weird odor as well. Returned for refund.

Good for back sleeping
I’ve been desperate to have more support pushing up on my neck at night so I thought this would be a good one to try. It is harder than other pillows of course but I’m getting used to it. I wish the round pillow portion was a little bigger, but I’m able to adjust it to fit under my neck better. Can’t comfortably sleep on my side which is a downfall, but for back sleeping it’s doing the job - I don’t wake up with headaches anymore. And I like that it will probably last longer than most contour pillows bc it won’t lose its shape.
