Don't shine it in your face.
This is a big flashlight, and it does put out the light. I'm glad I bought it, but I will comment specifically on three points. This flashlight is so large it could double as a baton. For some that might be cool, but I actually prefer my 8500 lumen flashlight. The 13000 lumen flashlight does puts out more light than my 8500 lumen, but not as much as you might think. I can get by just fine with my 8500 lumen, and it's smaller in all dimensions, not to mention lighter. The 13000 lumen also hums. You can definitely hear it, especially in a quiet room. Whether this hum is specific to my particular flashlight I cannot say, but my 8500 lumen flashlight is dead quiet. So, if you want the baddest boy on the block, the 13000 lumen is for you, but for nearly any situation where a flashlight is needed, you'll likely be happier with the 8500 lumen.

Very bright, but not a 13000 Lumen.
Wouldn't rate it a 5 star as it is not a 13000 Lumen, however, it is a very bright light. I'm not sure if I can give a rating on durability because I have not had a chance to use the light on a regular basis. I have read other people's revues on longevity and durability and have mixed thoughts about them. I have strapped the flashlight to my wheelchair to use it as a headlamp for nighttime riding.

This is the best flashlight I've ever owned in 60+ years
This is the best flashlight I've ever owned in 60+ years. "Bright" doesn't fully describe the beam from this. Turning it on at night, out here on the farm, is like the sun coming out for a distance of 60-80 feet and as wide as well. I also bought a 2nd set of batteries and a charger and they work very well, too.

Extremely bright but no instructions
I like to own the newest and brightest flashlights -- and this one actually surprised me with its brightness. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to mark it down for the lack of instructions. Why would I need instructions for a flashlight? Well, it turns out that the flashlight can be put into several different "modes" -- flash, strobe, etc. -- and how you navigate among modes is neither intuitive (at least for me) nor indicated anyplace on the flashlight or the spartan packing materials. Being unaware of the switching method, I inadvertently put the flashlight into one of the flash modes -- which was very annoying and rendered it unusable. I emailed the seller who tried to explain things in extremely broken English -- and I did finally understand. But some kind of written instructions -- however brief -- would be very helpful.

Buyer Beware of Trustfire label.
Although I decided to keep it, it is not the Trustfire flashlight I thought I was purchasing. The instructions included said Supernight brand. Having said that, it seems to be of good quality, but beware that I had to return the Trustfire batteries I purchased seperately for it. They do not work with this light. I purchased Supernight brand and they worked fine with it.

Product needs instructions about batteries
How many batteries are required? I purchased two of the 26650 3.7V batteries as the product description suggested. But the flashlight tube is too long. It's as if three or four batteries should be used. But where are the instructions? I tried removing one of the segments from the long tube thinking that the two batteries would then make a contact, but that didn't work. And what are those three plastic tubes doing inside the flashlight tube? I don't get it. I'm sending the entire thing back to the seller: flashlight, batteries and charger. This product needs instructions at least about how many batteries are required and how to insert them.
