Apron belly girlies, this is the one. The only one in years ive seen it doesnt roll feels comfy and holds ut in. Im inlove. I been going to the gym for a long time and this is the only one i have been actually comfortable to use.

It definitely fits to the size you order though its very snug and holds together pretty well for the value though it feels like cheaper material

Omg when I say this is the best sweat waist trainer over ever gotten I mean it’s the best! I absolutely love it! There have been a few that I’ve tried that doesn’t come close to this. It holds everything in and it also helps with the back support and when I say you will sweat omg you will sweat. I just had a baby and wearing this while working out or just walking around the house will get you right and I can’t wait to shake back and get my belly to the way is was before.

Was not sized like it should. Size down, I can’t even fit this one.

I think this is a great waste train in that it is very flexible and comfortable. It can be worn all day and I have very little to no discomfort. However I would say if you are looking for a real waist trainer to begin slimming your waist, this will not take any inches off for good. It does have a slimming effect while worn but is very elastic so it doesn’t hold my bulgy tummy in as well as a stiffer waist trainer. It would be good for exercise and does make you sweat. If your looking for lasting results I don’t recommend this one. It gives too much and stretched out. I’m on the tightest setting from the beginning and it doesn’t go any tighter. Also, the smallest size they have is a small and I would need something tighter than this.

Nice but wish it would have came with zipper over clips to keep them from moving up & down as your body moves which sometimes shows gap of your actual stomach in between.

I'm 5'6", 276lbs 43" waist and I ordered a 3XL. I could have sized down. Love the hook and eye to adjust to my shape because I needed it to be tighter in the top than the bottom. (My ladies with the natural hourglass shape can relate). I can breathe but feel snatched, doesn't roll up, and definitely made me sweat! I work in an office and I wear it until I come home. It helps with my posture as well. I wear it over top of a cami under my clothes. Ordering the 2XL very soon.
