yes , it only requires installation of 3 bolts with wingnuts and you put on the handle pads and then there are 2 small e-rings that hold the handles onto the mower . im looking for the proper way of putting on the e-rings since I just bought this mower but I will say the install is too basic for it to be worth paying for professional installation

Q: Do the blades need to be sharpened? how often?

I had my lawn mover for the past couple of years and never sharpened the blades. This is a quality lawn mower and easy to use. Two thumbs up!A must-have for every household.

Q: I cant adjust the blade guard as pictured in the manual by loosening the screws. Has anyone found a solution?

Q: Im buying this for my son, whats the return policy if he dont like it?

It says in the description that it's free. When you actually ask for a refund they will charge you $29.98 to return it. Doesn't seem free to me.
