This olive oil is the best I've ever tasted. It's got a light but distinct flavor that is wonderful on bread -I've never liked oil on bread until now - and works beautifully on air-fried foods giving them a light, browned crispiness. I can't express how delicious this oil is! It shows me that all I've used before was sub-par and likely half-rancid. The glass bottles with the sprayer release a fine directed mist that makes it easy to aim and hit/cover the areas you want oiled. It hasn't clogged yet. I only wish it was refillable! Being able to track the orchard where the olives came from and to see the best-used-by dates, possible contaminants (none to speak of), and other information online is invaluable, even if you only use it for curiosity's sake. The hand-made, highly lacquered box the gift set arrives in is very well packaged in two other boxes and is quite pretty. It serves a dual purpose of also protecting the two bottles from damage and breakage. It looks stunning on my countertops. Heck, even without the box, the bottles look nice on my counters. Since I mainly use this oil for air-frying, grilling, or skillet cooking, I will continue to purchase it in spray form. I love being able to control precisely how much oil I'm using and where I'm using it while also knowing it only has one calorie per spray. I always go for high-quality products at a low price, but you get what you pay for with this oil. It is well worth the price and I will be buying it again. You can purchase the spray bottles of oil on the Ellora Farms website without having to also buy the gift box. Who knew that using such a high-quality, flavorful oil could make such a difference in the taste of food!?!
