Second hand broken product
I received the item yesterday but could Hear pieces rattling around loose in the box, the plastic sticker seals have also been cut open and re stuck down! This isn’t a new item. My partner opened it for his birthday present today and there are 3 broken pieces, I’m so embarrassed and disappointed.
